Guess it varies depending upon platform/browser (understandably). For me (Win/Chrome) there's no similar button just the Settings icon.

It seems like they changed the defaults on the settings. If you go into Settings you can change between System (the same as what's on the device on which you are viewing), Light or Dark. It's still between Light and Dark (Dark is what your screen pic displays) it's just that the System setting...
