Yeah the smell is pretty strong with that DP Total Interior Cleaner, it works extremely well though. I've diluted mine a bit (added like 30% water) because I was running low and its such strong stuff that it still worked great diluted. Next time I'll use it diluted 1:1 and see how it does...

Hm, I wouldn't give up on it just yet, I'm not sure how you use it.. but maybe try adjusting your application. I found it extremely easy to use. I've never used the clearkote red moose glaze personally but blackhole was one of those products for me where I thought "wow that was easy".

Ultimate compound will hide some defects, I would definitely always do a wipedown with something after Ultimate compound.
