    Clear Coat Failure

I remember seeing this video a while back and it might apply to your car's paint. Considering the only way to get it looking best is a re-spray, you can try this out and maybe make it look better than it is now, and then repaint in the future when it's in the budget...

How many people are interested in learning how to wet sand?

I've watched some videos on it, with some reading up on it, but have never tried it myself. I guess I'm too nervous making the attempt. I would love to learn both techniques - by hand and machine. It's not something I would want/need to use regularly, but to be comfortable know & using this...

Using the least aggressive for a brand new car.

You don't need to worry that much about it. It's a brand new car, so you're not going to remove a lot of clear on your 1st polish. Maybe if it's been polished 50 times, but not the 1st polish. If you only have one pad, I'd suggest getting a couple more.

    Heavily Soiled Interior Detail Advice!

Nice work with the tools/supplies you had on hand! Time to invest in a few more, in case you get another problem interior. I used my PCXP and Cyclo brushes with 303 for the interior of my wife's car. I switched up brushes for the leather. Worked great.

Review: Wolfgang Uber Rinseless as a Detail Spray

I have yet to try it; it's still sealed up. I really need to try it in all it's applications. A quick tip: instead of trying to measure it out for your 32 oz. I would just buy a gallon of distilled water for less than a $1, add 3 oz. of this stuff and then add it to your 32 oz. bottle as needed.

Sneak Peek: New PBMG Products COMING SOON!

Umm… I’m going to guess that it will be “Blackfire Wet Diamond Glass Cleaner”. A powerful, gentle formula that is safe on tinted windows and is streak free.

You Can Lead a Horse to Water, But You Can't Make it Drink

Just a little bit of a rant... I have a friend who is a car nut. He's a single guy with 3 cars. He takes really good care of them. Spends a good amount of time and money on them. He's not afraid to spend money, or cheap out on inferior parts. He's also detail oriented and cleans his cars...

    fixing DVD scratches

Good tips here. I have a bunch of my kid's DVD's that I thought were hopelessly damaged. I'll give these tips a go. I always thought they were too delicate to polish the way you guys describe. I guess I'll be adding this to my to-do list.

free stuff from AG and a question

As this is your 1st post... welcome! To answer your question, yes you can apply these by hand. They won't work as well, as they are specifically formulated to work best using a machine. But they will still work. Here's a short article from Mike P. re. polishing by hand...
