while on the subject on water filters I plan to buy one just for use during washing my cars . On my show car as i work my way through the restoration and doing water sanding during different phases of the prep and paint work should I use the filtered water ?

Honestly I do not want to sound like doom and gloom but in the event of an accident involving the trailer with that decal on it the injured party could come back and sue AG , have seen it done and they won . Also with the decal on it that makes it a commercial vehicle and hauling possible haz...

I agree some of the older cars are causing some pollution but how many of those older cars are still running as many miles a day as the new cars . As was stated earlier the cars are not the problem for global warming as compared to all the factories , refineries and other polluting situations...

Can it be used with white walls or white letter tires ?

Years ago when working as a mechanic in several dealerships and making a pretty good living , I had a couple of people call me a grease monkey . They were very quickly corrected and sometimes not very politely .

I would be hesitant to use lacquer thinner to clean paint . It can have some bad side effects . there are several good tar removers on the market that will not harm the paint .
