That's really good to know. Was about to make an order for BH and EXP. The mods in this forum really push how well EX-P bonds with Black Hole. Your test shows that while it may bond just fine...it ruins the look. (taking EX-P out of my cart) I will just use Natty's red or blue over it. I wonder...

I would think that an LSP wouldnt be able to bond with the paint if applied over a glaze. Dont glazes contain a lot of oils and such? Wouldn't that crate issues with layering?

Well this thread was all it took for me to not purchase the HT pads. Zero reason when there are tried and true pads out there. Why take a risk, even if it's a 10% chance of failure...that's money i cant get back. I'll stick with my CCS.
