Im using chemical guys new car high shine dressing. It has a lotion consistency and I agree it gives a nice gloss finish and lasts a good while in my experience.

Agreed with the previous posts about the MF's, great quality at low cost. Also, pick up Glossworkz Glaze while you're there since it's hard to find otherwise. Glossworkz is a carwash and there is a also "glossworkz glaze" which is a newer product that is in the upper echelon of filling glazes.

You could add carnauba as well if you desired. It would only improve the look I'm sure

Ok, well nex time I'll do the backlight first, glossworkz on top of that and seal it in with the V7, i suppose it doesnt really matter what order if you're just going for the look.

I've heard the same too and that it's the pad itself that provides the correction. I'm not sure, I just didn't feel like applying the BL by hand after the GG. I'll prob do that from now on just in case.

Yes I thought of that but I figured the black pad on low speed with no pressure wouldn't interfere or remove much of the GG. I didn't notice any visible degrading of the filled swirls that were present so I think I got away with it.

No, it's a separate product called Glossworkz glaze. It's not on AG or CG website. But you can call them to order it or you can order it from another website that i know of. PM me if you want the website that I speak of.

I wouldn't be surprised if chemical guys uses that term since it seems right up their alley of over the top marketing lol. BTW I used glossworkz first on a white pad, BL on a black finishing pad and then the V7 wipedown.
