    Very true. It so variable. Its crazy to think the Carbon Black that BMW produce was super hard, and yet on the same model car it can have soft paint the Jet Black.

    From my experience, BMW paint is on the harder side. I have not worked with the Deep Sea Blue Metallic paint so I can't tell you how that paint will react. But generally BMW is on the harder side I find.

    :eek: I hope you took the right precautions health wise. That looked nasty! Great turn around. Inspecting a vehicle is critical to determining the plan of attack and giving an estimate. Mold is something that I just don't mess with.

    I've had my for about a year and a half now and they are still great. I use them for Larry's "Hydrate" while drying off my car/truck. It works amazingly well.

    Pictures of what? Bad fitment? I don't have any firsthand experience with these carpets I'm just going off of what some BMW forms stated.

    Yeah I was looking at those. I heard of some fitment/quality issues and so I decided to go OEM to ensure I had the correct fit and finish. Plus this was local and cheeper than that.

    I haven't tried that actually. I was thinking about it but the carpet will be installed soon and I didn't want the foam back to be clogged with water when I install it. Im sure it would be cleaner if I did though. Thanks! Yes there was a LOT of dirt in there. Thanks! Yeah seriously! LGM...
