    Input needed on polishes.

M105/205 are perfectly safe for your cars and will handle just about anything you can throw at them. They take a little getting used to but are among my favorites for sure. Menzerna polishes are great as well. I use PO83, PO106FA, and PO85RD all fairly regularly. If I had to pick between both...

Can you Believe this is a Hyundai

Wow, that looks killer IMO. They've upped the ante a bit for sure. Speaking of Hyundai, kid at work just got himself a Genesis Coupe. 2.0 I4, turbo, all sorts of goodies. It's very nice and decently quick. Going to surprise a lot of people when the aftermarket gets in gear.

    Waxing new paint?

I've always heard 30 days or when you can't smell it anymore, whichever applies. My side scoops made it about three weeks before I broke down. Haven't noticed anything wrong with them in the month since.

Multi Review: M04, ARO, PB Wheel glaze, PB air fresh, Ultima Tire and trim

Yes, ARO will remove old dressing. No, it doesn't prohibit re-dressing the tires, or sealing the wheels for that matter. It is indeed some good stuff.

new car, what to do for leather care?

Something else you could try is Optimum Protectant Plus (aka Optimum Leather Care, just depends on the size of bottle you buy it in IIRC). Bought myself a bottle to try out recently and I like it quite a bit.

How do you find a good body shop?

Never hurts to drive over and as to take a look around. Even if you're not all that knowledgeable about auto body, common sense goes a long, long way. You shouldn't walk in and see someone painting outside a booth for example. As far as asking around, you don't know of any local clubs/forums...

May want to step up to a more powerful DA

Another vote for the 3401. I absolutely love mine. $300 may be steep but it's saving me minutes per panel over my old PC without the learning curve of a rotary. Very much worth it.

Saleen Mustangs have always been far overpriced for the performance they offer. Nice job anyway. :xyxthumbs:

What are some of the services you guy's up sell?

Headlight restoration, carbon-vinyl wrapping, and wheel painting are some of the things I've done for various clients. Spotlight on carbon-vinyl wrapping. Done right it looks great. All you really need is a exacto knife, squeegie, and a heatgun.

Help Me Pick My Next Car....

My former boss has the turbo 3 series BMW coupe. Unsure if it was AWD though. Is that the 328 you're talking about? If it is I'd highly recommend it. Comfortable as hell, still handles great, surpisingly good power. Did a couple roadtrips with him, both driving and riding shotgun, great car.

When Detailing a Car what do you start with?

I wash wells, tires, wheels, body in that order. Clay, tape, correct, exterior trim, tips, lsp. Interior goes plastics, windows, seats, then carpets. Works for me anyway. :xyxthumbs:

What is the worst way you have seen a car cleaned?

I had to go see those for myself. Did Wax Daddy use the same brush on the carpet as he did on the wheels/wells?. And the "If you missed a spot, just rub it with your fingers like this." :nomore:

And you guys think you got it rough

What is the worst way you have seen a car cleaned?

There's a local tunnel o' swirl that charges $25 for a "Premium wash, towel dry, and hand wax!" service. The cars go through the tunnel, come out on the other side where about 5-8 people swarm it with what looks like bar mops. Then they spray it down via those garden pesticide sprayers with...
