    Do you have a picture of it? You could soak it in PB Blaster like MPBGT said and you can also try to heat it up if you have a torch or something..that will surely make it come off.

    what about a wheel cleaner, chrome polish, window cleaner, etc? For a vac, just get a wet/dry vac at home depot or lowes and as for the carpet cleaner buy some Folex which is also available at home depot or lowes.

    These buckets are the best because they have measurements and have a nice handle they also come with a lid that seals things pretty nice I think you can get them at Home Depot. The grit guard fits perfectly.

    ^That seems about right. Also keep in mind that for tools the cost gets lower the more clients you have since you don't need to replace them nearly as often as you do actual chemicals.
