They are usually marked. I think that topping off the tires is a noble gesture, and goes above and beyond, but, even with the natural atmospheric nitrogen content, I'd be upset if my nitrogen-filled tires were topped off with regular air. But that's just me, Mr. OCD...

That would be interesting to see! I am considering attempting to coat my trim, which has already been coated with CQuartz Dlux, with OC, but maybe OL will be a better option. I do have doubts as to whether it will last though, but hey, you never know until you try... :)

Exactly. There are few, if any, practical reasons for sanding a successful base coat of a base coat / clear coat finish. If sanding is necessary, starting over should be ranked higher on your list of options.
