Have a 2000 Ford Explorer XLT, red paint. I'm the 3rd owner, college student so I need a cheap way to 'hide' this. The entire hood has road rash, but I'm not worried about that. There are these white lines, the size of a grain of rice, all over the car. Any way to fix this in an affordable...

NXT is not a favorite of mine... I used it because I'm a poor college kid (hah) and it noticeably darkened and clouded my red paint. For $16 just not worth it. Now I stick with Auto Geek products that I cannot afford!

I would go for the 5.0 Mustang.. Although do think if you are financing (not sure if you are...) whether or not you want those payments! I know that is what is keeping me from going out and spending $25k on the car I want. If you get the Stang, Im sure we all would love to see pics!

Well, I resolved the issue. Here is what I did. I did a coat of Megs ultimate compound followed by swirlx, followed by mothers sealant and caranuba wax. No more fogginess. I must say the results are astonishing. The shine is so much clearer and vivid. Attached pics but they arent great since I...
