Opinions in this BMW (2007) Paint

Based solely on those pictures, it appears to be at the beginning stage of clear coat failure. You can wash it, lightly (not aggressive) clay, and use a very soft pad and AIO and help it. Put an extra application of a paint sealant on it to help prevent further damage. Beyond that, contact...

    Help Identify this problem

From my experience as a painter and detailing, there are a great many factors that could contribute to this and the only way is to back-track and find out what the dealership did with it. Has it been repainted recently? It looks like the clear coat or paint is pulling. I've only had it happen...

Pictures: 2021 Boat Detailing Class - SOLD OUT!

For me personally, I have never owned a boat or plan to. That said, I am expanding my detailing business to include boats. The money paid for the class is worth it. I left with a solid foundation of knowledge to grow upon. I was also able to network and talk to a number of others attending...

No worries. Thank you for the in-depth answer. I think it's comical that you refer to me as "good physical shape". LMAO:D:D:D:D:D:laughing::laughing::laughing::laughing::laughing:

TRAINING BOATS for the 2021 MARCH Boat Detailing Class

Quick question while I am remembering it - Do you cover any gel coat repair processes in the class? I have had a customer call and ask about that.

    FLEX XCE 8-125

I own the 3401 and the cordless Beast. Overall I am very impressed with the performance, and I have moved to using it 95% of the time over my 3401 because I don't have a cord dragging around with me. The battery technology is great. You will get every last bit of power out of the battery...

    Micro Polisher for Weekend Detailer

I'd buy the Griots and adaptors that are available for it. Honestly, there are very rarely any places I use a 1" polisher when I'm working on cars. 95% of the time it's a 2 or 3" pad.

Salt, sand, calcium chloride. All of it laid down throughout winter.

    Those who experience snow.

I've lived in North Dakota 45 years. In the winter I will drive through the occasional touchless car wash on the "deluxe" setting to get the undercarriage wash. Beyond that, if I wanted to, I have a faucet inside our garage and our outbuilding with a rolling pressure washer attachment but I've...

Leather care - conditioner, sealant, coating or water?

For general maintenance and such of modern or other leathers, I use Pinnacle Leather Cleaner & Conditioner - Agreed upon by leather care pros world wide, leather requires both cleaning and conditioning to keep it because it's pretty much an AIO for leather. I use it regularly and it does make a...

Flex vs. Rupes Gear Driven Orbital Polishers

Honestly you can't go wrong with either tool being gear driven. Both companies are well known for quality tools. You will save money with the Flex as the price is about $40 less by comparison. Frankly I think Rupes is overpriced just because of a name but that's my personal opinion. I've...

Rupes Q-MAG nano sander adapter or nor?

I just use the sanding discs and backing plate that came with the Nano. No sense in throwing money away.

OFFLINE for a few day - hold down the Cyber Fort - Thank you!
