A long time ago after watching Mike using a white cotton bath towel in his videos I bought several cheap ones and keep one beside me as I buff. I use one after each section pass. It's fast, easy and works well. It only takes one towel to do a whole car and then throw it in the washing machine.

After waxing with a 3401 I maintain with spray polymer quick waxes. So my personal vehicles do not get buffed that often. They are also garaged which helps.

Beautiful job. If that's original fuel injection it makes the car worth a fortune!

I use Meguiars Wash & Wax. It's streak free and also works well on the dash and all other interior plastic parts that are in good shape.
