I think you would be fine in sun or shade... I have to things I love so far my shmitt and the DP shield sealant. I mean there was NO and I mean NO effort to put on and take off the DP. DP sheild seal. is just plain sweet.

I used my DP in the sun on a Black truck last time I used it with out any problems!!!!!!!

Yea DP's new shield sealant is very nice.........Goes on and off sooooooo easy......Outstanding stuff!! I topped with nattys blue.........Nice reflections but it black so there's an advantage there. Well at least in the reflection dpt. anyway. I say go with Dp seal and sov. or max and I think...

I have the XMT pad cleaner kit......Iv had really good luck with it. XMT gets my vote!
