    2003 Pathfinder - Megs 105/105

Probably not.... I was giving itquite a bit of pressue with the 5.5" pad and actually did 2 passes on my test spot. I was just limited to the aggressiveness of the pad I think. I need a pad that's one step up...maybe the LC Orange? Not sure how it compares to the pads I was using.

    2003 Pathfinder - Megs 105/105

So I figured it was time to show a little love to my daily driver. It's an '03 Pathfinder that has never really been cared for properly. I've done a few vehicles in the past with the Meg's 83/80 combo but this was my first time using the 105/205 twins. I have to say, I was very impressed...

    Honda clearcoat defect correction?

If you can live with it, then why not do that. To help the look, prior to the Natty's, try using a glaze. That will help "mask" some of the imprefections in the paint and make them less noticeable. And if you can feel the pits with your fingernail, no amount of polishing will remove them.

Black Bumper and Trim w/ White Wax Marks

I tried the eraser - wanted it to work - because I paid like twenty five cents for it...but it didn't. I guess it all depends on what you're using it on. Grab a bottle of GR-40. Just plain works...

    Detailers Domain - Uber

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'm going to pull the trigger on them. The 5.5" size seems ideal for the PC and the price is right. And you're right on the labeling aspect of them Ron, seems like such a simple idea but one that really works.

Need a Light Polish for Silver Mazda

I'm going to be working on the wife's daily driver (silver Mazda Tribute). The paint is actually in pretty good shape but I do want to proceed with a polishing step prior to my LSP (Collinite 845). So basically, I need a light polish recommendation. I do have a PC which I'll be using with as...

    Polish Line for Beginner

For a beginnner, I had heard the Menzerna line can be a little tricky. I have also read that it's better suited for a rotary. Is that not true? One thing that steered me away from them is that I think they have TOO MANY choices. Megs does as well to a certain degree. Menzera's line is also a...

    Polish Line for Beginner

What line of polishes would you recommend for someone just starting out with the PC?? I was thinking of the Pinnacle XMT line because they seem to be PC friendly and are very simply labeled (1, 2, 3 & 4) according to degree of abraisiveness. Wonder why more companies don't simply do that?? Also...

    Pinnacle XMT Polishing Line

I want to purchase one line of polishing products and have narrowed it down (sort of) to a few manufacturers. What's everyone's opinion of the Pinnacle XMT polishing line (for use with a PC)? Autogeek sells a nice "bundle" of four polishes that would be a really great deal when they have their...

    Vinyl Cleaner

What do you guys think is the most efficient cleaner for vinyl? Woolite & water, Meg's #39 or Meg's APC. I used to use the Woolite and water mix but I'm wondering if that's still the way to go. I've read some posts on other sites where people are shying away from it because it should really be...

    Need Engine Cleaner Recommendations

Is Meg's APC available in anything less than a gallon??? The Purple Power is a good option because I can grab it at my local Wal Mart. Why a 4:1 ratio? Is it not as strong as Meg's APC?
