CAR HORROR (parental advisory) PS: happy ending!!!

Well I am a retired Operating engineer. I operated side booms and cranes as well as front end loaders and dozers. I did not work on the derrick platforms. I mostly help build pipelines from the well house to the gathering center. Believe me the thrill is gone as far as being up north is...

CAR HORROR (parental advisory) PS: happy ending!!!

Have been told the inside passage from Seattle to Alaska is similar to Fjords of Norway. Spent three years in Juneau. Then thirty years in Fairbanks plus twenty plus years working the oilfields of Prudhoe Bay during the winter where the vistas are unincumbered by anything but snow to view the...

    Detailing without a Garage !!

If after washing you have little dust on the vehicle Poorboy's S&W is the thing to have. Spray a panel wipe off then put your LSP on. If you are doing some paint correcting use the the S&W wipedown to get it ready. I detail my black truck out in the open all the time. Doing a panel at a time.

New Member - Process Questions (Polish)

#1. Klasse AIO is a paint cleaner with some protection. It is stated that it is a stand alone product yet I have never used it as such. I have used it to prepare for KSG, EX, ExP, Z2Pro, LS, or, any carnuaba paste wax. #2. optimum makes a fine line of corrective polishes. So are the SSR...

    got my free gift today!

I would be excited, as well, if I recieved a guzzler in the mail. As it is I am going to give the Diamondite system a try on my tonneau cover and roof. Have some white spots from a tree in the parking lot of the motel I stayed in last summer. Was going to use a clay bar. With this new...

PB Bug Squash messed up my trim!

Back in the days when I covered everything with a product I put a lot of stains on my trim around the truck. Really stained the trim on my tonneau cover as well. I puchased Forever Black to take the stains away. It took several applications but did the trick. Now I maintain with Trim...

    Turning 18 today!

Well, well, Well. Happy Birthday! There is nothing like turning 18. If I were you I would write about it to yourself. Save the page or so of journaling and read it again when you are 21,35, and 50. I didn't but wish i would have.

What do you want for Christmas?

I know that I have more than enough detailing supplies on hand. I also have a rotary and PC. Yet what I truly want from Santa this year is the Metabo rotary. It would have to come from Santa. There is no way I could justify the purchase of it since I already have a working rotary.

    Sealer Applying

Although I do not use PC every time that I apply and LSP I do use a pad often for LSP application. I have found that other than the intitial charging of the pad I do not use more product unless i put on more product. It certainly is a more even application of the LSP compared to my hand...

This Line is a Hidden Gem for Detailers

As far as a complete line of products Poorboy's would be the one that I use most often of the lines that were mentioned in the poll. Price is reasonable. The products do what they say when used appropriately. The looks and durability are more than fair. I would not hesitate to recommend...
