Why Did I buy a black car!

Yep cops are pretty quick to nab you if you do not have a front plate here in NJ. Theres no way around it, kinda sucks and it breaks up the flow of the front end but I cannot change it. Wish we had european style plates over here:righton:

    New Dodo Juice Products

The drying detailer looks awesome, I use megs last touch now as a drying aid. It works fine but it does leave some protection on the paint which needs to be stripped off later for polishing etc. Does the Dodo drying aid simply just help dry the car streak free or is there added gloss enhancers...

Why Did I buy a black car!

Of course black is a true PITA to keep clean but when it is clean there is just nothing better:righton: And yes I know my tailpipes are dirty, I didnt feel like doing them yesterday so I simply left them as is. Thanks for letting me share:cheers:

Why Did I buy a black car!

Definitely Not for days like this... but more for days like this... The snow pics were taken a few weeks ago, funny how I end up taking very similar shots of my car at similar angles. Finally after several weeks of filth I was granted my wish of above freezing weather to wash my...

    Brand Loyalty

IMO you should use whatever product you feel will get the job done best, im not partial to using as much of one line as possible. if a certain line has more of what I need than of course I will stick with it. As much as I would like to use 1 single line of polish, or 1 single line of LSP's it...

    rotary trouble

Thats weird, I never thought of people doing opposite the way I do. I just figured my right hand being the dominant one would be better for driving the head of the polisher whereas my left hand would be more suited to simple modulating the trigger.

    rotary trouble

Heres a quick video of me finishing down an M3 via Rotary. Granted I am using a very fine polish to jewel the paint you get the idea. Try your best to be fluid, do not force the machine to do anything it doesnt want to but have a firm grip. Nice fluid motions are key IMO. Please note for...

dsms detail - Atlas Gray 997

I offer the signature gloss as an optional application, the owner opted for just the gloss finish so I gave him just that, I did however top it with the Concourso gloss for the extra wet glow. I think the gloss finish on its own looks awesome, signatures main feature is the durability and maybe...

    Inspection Light

It will really help you on those tough paints where its difficult to spot defects. I no longer need sunlight to ensure I get 100% results, hologram free and all. Im glad I showed you the light, its just awesome! I remember when Bob from Auto Concierge showed me this light during SEMA this year...

    Inspection Light

Well the fenix has got 1 direct beam coming form only 1 bulb. On Turbo mode (the only mode I use to inspect paint) the light is producing 225 lumens, which is super bright. Most other LED lights have little tiny bulbs scattered in a row, the fenix has 1 bulb that has enough power to see tons of...

    Inspection Light

I have both the infratech and Fenix and IMO I grab for the Fenix 9 times out of 10 to do paint inspection. The CM5300 is great for flat colors but on metallics and flat colors the Fenix is far better, its like a much smaller 3M Sun Gun for spotting defects.

    Menz Micro polish vs. PO85rd?

Im looking for a pure jeweling product to be used with a very fine finishing pad. I have narrowed it down to the Micro polish PO87 or the PO85rd. What exactly is the difference and which will leave a higher gloss finish after jeweling? Thanks

    New! Flashlight-er and Charger

Wow are those the same ones that they had at that SEMA booth this year? I felt bad for those guys trying to sell it and nobody was getting interested, I did think it was a good idea however. Very cool Meghan:D

    Flex 3403 clicking noise???

I broke out my new flex 3403 rotary for its first full correction last week. I used the polisher before on test panels and my own car with no problems and smooth operation. Suddenly in the middle of polishing the 3403 began to develop this clicking sound when I applied the pad to the paint, not...
