Yes, the brush I use is this Meguiar's wheel brush. I have also used a stiffer bristle tooth brush.

Thanks for the quick replies. The vehicle is a 2009 Honda Accord V6 EX-L, so I'm assuming it's a coated leather. I'm not sure what type of coated leather, however. I can take a few pictures tonight to show the exact seats.
