Don't you just hate it when....

Some European cars will keep the parking light/turn signal (F) and turn signal (R) illuminated solid if the turn signal lever is "clicked" to that side - no key, and no other lights being "on"... they have a use for it in Europe but I'm not sure what it is... The halo light being on sounds...

    What type of hose!?

haha.. this made me laugh. FWIW: I find that the craftsman wants to retain it's shape more-so than the flexzilla and like I'm wrestling with a (somewhat wimpy) rat snake the whole time I'm using the hose. But like I said, I've only used flexzilla one time, and I did appreciate it's lighter...

    What type of hose!?

Hey there... I have a 75' black Craftsman hose. Was like $50, seems durable, and has nickel plated ends. BUT it's heavy and kind of a pain in the ass to work with. It still kinks, and it has a memory like crazy (coiling is a chore!). I bought the 50' green flexzilla from amazon.com. Only used...

2012 Ford F-150 STX (Premium Exterior Detail)

Nice job! :xyxthumbs: I have a white car and I can sympathize! On the other hand, it doesn't show imperfections much either, so it's kind of a bad color for someone wanting an "oh, wow - that looks amazing!" reaction.

Wow... Never saw my hood in this light until today

Thanks for your quick responses. I parked it on the street for 3.5 years and it was frequently covered in wind-blown sap that kinda looked like this... just not sure the spots are from water. It has a light coat of Klasse AIO on it now... which was applied using a microfiber applicator pad...

Wow... Never saw my hood in this light until today

I washed on Sunday afternoon.. used the guzzler and it was dry when I put it back in the garage. I can rub vigorously on those spots and they don't smudge away. No polish afterward (haven't acquired a polisher yet - new to the more advanced car washing/detailing talked about on this forum!)

Wow... Never saw my hood in this light until today

Looks decent from 10 feet away But wow what happened to the paint?? I used pinnacle ultra poly clay two weeks ago on this whole surface.. Could I have actually missed all this? I guess so. Anyway, your thoughts? Need paint correction or can it ever be saved? Thanks for your thoughts...
