You might have some luck with Autosol, Only place I know that sells it in the US is Eastwoods. It's like Simichrome, but a bit more abrasive. Generations of UK bikers swear by it. A tube will last you years.

Topped it with the Megs HCW today, very slick again... but now I have no idea what the 303 Graphene stuff is doing.. if anything? Can't see any reason to use the rest of it.

I'm definitely weird. It's one of my most redeeming qualities. Here's where I'm confused now: This 303 is supposed to be the dogs danglies when it comes to keeping a vehicle clean.. but they say it can be topped by other products... which would surely be less effective at keeping it clean.. but...

Noticed a very small (maybe 3x12mm) dull spot on the ZRX gastank. But seeing as you have to basically be on your knees looking up at it I think I can live with it for now, specially as I just graphened* it twice. It's on the white stripe which is actually vinyl, not paint, but it does have CC...

Threw a second coat of 303 Graphene on the Kaw 1100. First was yesterday. Mentioned it in another thread, but the paint felt *thicker* after the first coat.. & I know that's not possible, but I can't think of another way to describe it. Some people have said it's not as slick as other finishes...

Update: Do NOT use this stuff on bathroom mirrors... (or glass shower doors I guess) I thought it might help prevent condensation...That's not what happened. Luckily I didn't put it on the entire mirror. :laughing: :laughing:

It's been maybe 10 hours & this stuff has set up just about perfectly. Definitely slick now. I guess it just needs to bake in the Mojave Desert heat for a while :) And this is probably gonna sound weird.. but the paint *feels* a lot thicker than it did. & yeah, I know that's not possible...

The guy that showed up to clean some carpets here had a gas powered extractor that would fill a minivan & sounded like a Detroit 8V92. It probably cleaned the slab under the house too.

Gave it some more #7 this morning & then it got hot. Mixed results. The crazing on the fender/hood pretty much disappeared where I made some effort. The roof looks like a patchwork quilt & there are still parts that haven't been touched. Some of the patches came out well, others not so much...
