Ironically, I told my buddy I just got the Rupes and we scheduled a date for me to come over and polish his race car, last Sunday. In the meantime I sent it back because I didn't want to use it if something wasn't right so I had to do his car with my 7424XP.

Update: My polisher is on its way back from Rupes. They replaced a defective switch in the trigger assembly. Hopefully that solves the issue!

Turns out my wife got it from Amazon who fulfilled the order via detailerdomain. She has made initial contact for the return/exchange. Hopefully they don't give us grief. I just got a big Autogeek box with my Rupes pads and Polish Angel ceramic coating. It's hard to resist trying it out.
