Definetly sealant first. Possible oils from wax won't help the sealant bond onto surface.

Yes it has. 482ps on the flywheel, ~430 on the wheels. It is a 4cylinder 1.600cc oversized to 1.800cc with a Garret TD06 20G turbo charger edit: Obviously I have detailed the engine too :)
