I never used Megs 205 but from what I know 205 is a finishing polish it doesn't have a lot of cutting power. PO85rd can be used with a gray pad using speed 4-5. For the time, you need to work the product until its "brake". You should check the video here: Dual Action Orbital Polisher Guide...
