They don't seem to infer that thier sponge is an integral part of the process. They say a wet MF is fine. I wouldn't obsess over an adjective before the word "sponge" as if it were an indicator of their sealant's performance.

(a little off topic) I cut them in half. They're hollow like pita bread. I slip my fingers in and use them for wheel sealant.
