I plan on buying a 3.5" and a 6" LC BP for my friend's new Griot polisher. I assume I need to get a counterweight for the 6", but I don't see any counterweights available for the 3.5". What's the story there?

What do you mean by a leveler? Does the lambs wool pad go directly underneath the bonnet, or between a foam pad and the BP?

Optimum Wax has both carnauba and sealant polymers. What is the advantage of using Poli-Seal IN ADDITION to Polish II and Optimum Wax? BTW, sorry for the noobie question but what does LSP stand for?

So if you use Polish II you don't really need the final Finish Polish. How does use of the Poli-Seal relate to the Polish II and the Optimum Car Wax? I've already got the Polish II and the Car Wax, so is it redundant to use Poli-Seal? I would think so. It seems that the Optimum Car Wax is a good...

Can't I use a soft foam pad to do the same?

I'm about to place an order with AG and I'm wondering what people use these products for. I've seen them mentioned in perusing the forum but I can't recall what they're good for.

Bump for this. Any users of the Finish Polish out there? I'm a big fan of Optimum and would like to know how this compliments the Optimum Polish II. I have an older, black car ('90 BMW) with a softer clear coat.

I've got a fair amount of wax on my side moldings. I used a coat of Forever Black, which didn't take very well. I'd like to try to remove the wax more effectively before trying the Forever Black again. Any stories for me? What about Meguiars Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner (#39)?

Thanks Mike. I've resolved to try using a DA on the trim even though I understand its success is doubtful. Replacing the trim is prohibitively expensive. I'm trying this based on the experience of a correspondent who told me he had good success on his clear coated aluminum trim using the PC...
