Have not specifically tried clear coating over stickers, but if I were going it, I would lay down a coat of adhesion promoter first. Also, if you try to go light with the clear, it will dry dull. Is this going to be a rattle can job or do you have access to automotive paint equipment and products?

That would be brake cleaner over flow from a tech cleaning off sticky wheel weight residue when he re-balanced your wheels. Notice the wheel weights in your picture right behind your problem area ;)

I would be very careful how far you go with polishing it. The paint on "most" trailers like that one is super thin.

50 to 60 psi is a safe number for that. EDIT: Wait, are you asking about buying an air compressor or do you already have one and you're just looking for a nice number to set it at for blowing out interiors?
