Not sure if this really belongs here, but I couldn’t find a place that mentions them. I have never been a big fan of covers. I think anything that touches the paint is risking swirls and scratches. My 91 Miata with single stage paint will be in the garage all winter, it won’t be driven in bad...

What do you use to clean the most neglected wheels?

I found a picture of my 91 Miata on Facebook from a cars n coffee Saturday. So I guess it looks the same.

The window was replaced with a different car. This is on a Miata hardtop that was save do from the old car and put on the new one.

I had some that separated and wouldn’t come back. No matter how much shaking it poured like water with a few chunks in it. I tossed that.

A friend was in a accident and as a result a window was broken. The tow company put plastic over the side and left it that way. The plastic baked on and stuck to the paint. Well here it is. 1991 BRG number 1331 of 3997. It was nice and clean yesterday when I picked it up, but Colorado being Colorado I drove through rain, and sleet, and snow, and more rain, so the car is a filthy mess.

Miata

It seems I am buying a car with 28 year old single stage paint. What do I need to know that may be special with it? I know just regular carwash soap, microfiber wash mit, and microfiber towels, but what about the rest? thanks

Kirkland towels are great for interior cleaning. When they get dirty they become great for wheels and engine bays, then to the trash.

I won a Adam's Ultra Plush drying towel at an event they had. I really like it I am guessing it's like the PFM everyone loves. I just don't like the $30 price.
