So here are the steps I've got so far: Wash Clay Wash BF polish and seal BF Wet Diamond BF crystal seal On the Impala 2ltz there are chrome accents...should apply the above steps to them as well? I also think I should put something on the weather stripping as well to keep them in good shape...

I just picked up the 2014 Impala. I live on the east coast and the cold snowy winter months are right around the corner. I have black fire polish and seal and bf wet diamond. Don't think I need to use polish and seal...maybe just wet diamond and then a coat if wax. Was curious to hear thoughts...

Yeah that is definitely above my pay grade. I think it's definitely something I can overlook or at the very least get professionally done in hopes they don't screw it up. Your after pictures look awesome though. I definitely am excited about the before and after pictures Mike posted on here...

I have the silver touring edition...great car. I used Meguirs Ultimate Compound with little success. Scratches faded but are still there. I have the same problem with the glittery plastic around the shifter and the touch screen. I'm sorry...I'm a complete noob when it comes to car detailing...

Was curious to know best way to get rid of dried wax on the black plastics and weather stripping on my car. I've heard Dawn, peanut butter, and Back to Black as solutions. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
