It looks like a cheap flashlight with a price markup because it is being marketed for a specific purpose. It has a strobe mode, which is great for confusing attackers, but 100% useless for looking at swirl marks. The strike bezel is good for hurting people, and it would probably hurt the paint...

My GF's car's hood and trunk have had the clear coat almost completely peeled and chipped off (Dark blue Honda Civic). Is there any hope for getting it to look OK without painting it? We plan to paint it in the future, but it's pricey and not at the top of our list.

I was looking at the Orange 88, I think it's stronger than All Clean+. Does it do well on engine degreasing?

Is there a way to test/know/feel the cutting strength of different polishes? I know many will be obvious by reading the label or knowing the product, but what about things like finishing polishes? How can I tell which similar product is more or less abrasive than the next?

APC and/or car wash. Is something dedicated needed? ETA - I haven't purchased a dedicated wheel cleaner because my wheels are painted since they get messed up while off roading all the time. My wheel brush and car shampoo have been doing fine on them.

ONR? Are pad colors pretty universal as far as cutting?
