    How do I fix this?

The shadowy area is where the pillar almost changes color. Top is factory. Bottom half is cloudy in the right light. I can't really tell if it's above or below the clear. It's extremely hard to photograph. Best I can describe it is it looks cloudy and lighter from those marks on down. Almost a...

    How do I fix this?

Ok so car was in an accident 1.5yr ago. Repaired. Looked fine. Now I see this on my A pillar. It's like overspray or clearcoat mess. Can I maybe use some sort if compound and make it a little less obvious? I don't want to pay for a repaint etc. if it's too big if a mess I guess ill I've with it...

    Best QD for black?

I hear you on the swirls. Between winter etc I really need to have the paint corrected. Swirls, clear coat scratches etc everywhere. I don't think it's something I can do by hand. I have megs ultimate and blackfire wet diamond but no DA. I wash with the two bucket method. Since the paint is so...

    Best QD for black?

What's the best quick detailer you've found for BLACK cars. I had the first iteration of the turtle wax one. There's a new one by them under Jet Black. Currently using the surf city garage one. Any preferences? Any in store stuff?

    Dusty water spots?

I did a quick cleanup of my 2012 Black Mustang the other day. It rained that night so I have dust like water spots all over it now. My question is, is it safe to go over the car with a MF and some quick detailer?(Surf city black edge) It says it can be used on dusty cars. Anyone recommend a...

    Exhaust tips

Still haven't made it to find p21 but tried a rag and a little metal polish and this is how they sit. They are ok but still a little black and definitely dull where the black was. Not terrible but not satisfied so going to get some of the recommended products. Inside seemed to not change at all

    Exhaust tips

Either Going to pick up some steel wool on the way home tomorrow night or swing by the local Harley dealer. It's really baked on there. That or I'll just bite the bullet and get the online stuff

    Exhaust tips

Ok so steel wool is probably safe. Degreaser and Meg's metal polish might be worth a try. I just don't want to special order stuff online of something from pep boys or similar will work. They are rolled tips kind of like that truck above. Real black at the bottoms and inside. Outside is still...

    Exhaust tips

I have stainless exhaust tips on my 2012 Mustang. They are turning black inside and on the bottom. What can I use to remove the black gunk? I tried wheel cleaner and never dull. It's baked on there I think. I wanted to try steel wool but am hesitant to scratch the crap out if it. Preferably...
