IMO one of the biggest things about being a professional detailer is properly educating a customer/client on how to maintain a proper finish. Whether its paint or plastic as in this case. I think if you educate them on the saftey issues of this process they won't think twice about the money.

I think the forums are outstanding for meeting fellow detailers, showcasing your work and also there a very valuable tool for learning and keeping up to date. One thing to remember is take what you want and leave the rest behind. . It will make your life easier.

Don't have them blend the clear. You will regret it years a year from now. Have them clear the whole panel.

I have a snap on da and its very nice. The 3m one is also very nice as well that Mike suggested and for the price you can't go wrong with it. Also keep in mind the porter cables make great sanders as well, but there electric.

This is probally the most exspensive on I worked on.
