Nah it was some kind of spray wax and he was using a microfiber towel wiping it all down. I couldent see what brand the spray stuff was though

Im about to order some Meguiars #26 and was curious on which one to order. Im using #7 before I wax and was wondering should I use the paste or the liquid #26?

Alot of times you wont notice stuff until you start looking fo something wrong. I paint a part of a car alot of times and the customer will complain that it has orange peel. I tell them to look at the rest of the car and they say "oh I never really noticed". But when they are looking at...

It only occurs when its painted. Alot of times when a car is fresh out of the booth it will look slick as glass. After a few hours or maybe even days as the paint is breathing out and drying the orange peel will start to show. But to answer your question no orange peel cannot just happen...

Yeah but the root beer color doesnt look good unless its in the sun or some bright light. Any other time it just looks brown.

The only thing thats waterborn is the base coats. The clears are all still the same. Im a painter in Tx and alot of shops are now spraying waterborn. Nothing to worry about if your buffing or detailing one.

x2, I know on I tend to do larger areas on the side of a car then on the hood and trunk. I think I do it without realizing it and have to stop myself.
