In my box the pad was affixed with a note (from Porter Cable) indicating that the pad shouldn't be used on paint.

She prints the coupon policies from the websites usually. As for "not in conjuction with another coupon.." thing.. Most say something like "1 per purchase." This is commonly misunderstood to mean 1 per transaction. In fact, if you buy 2 things (even in B1G1 sale) it's 2 purchases, 2 items.
