Hey guys, I picked up these things below during the Autogeek Black Friday sale (had some of this before the sale) and I'm looking to begin using the Griots 6" polisher when the weather clears up here in Oklahoma. I've tried to read all I can and I'm still reading up on here about everything...

I'm using Meg's APC+ followed by PERL right now. The PERL is a little too shiny for me on some surfaces though. Once I figure out how to remove the PERL that's overly shiny on my lower door panels, I'll try it again by buffing right after the application. Any recommendations on PERL removal...

So I'm getting the Griots polisher, should I use the 6.5" pads because just the PC can't use the 6.5" pads....or should I get the 5.5" pads for the Griots?

^ Yeah that's what I was thinking. The others come with polish, but this guy doesn't. So the Griots is $140 (can't use 25% off) and I don't need any MF towels...and if I really don't need the pad cleaner (if cleaning them some other way is fine then I'll just do that instead of buying...
