Wasn't sure what to expect with Iron-X

Spray and let it dwell, do not spread around. For tough spots, iron-x and clay bar works amazing. What color is your car?

    Chemical Guys White Wax

Ha! sorry for your loss. Another quirk for CG White Wax. If you make a wax "specifically" for white cars, add some darn color to it so I can see it. :bash:

    Chemical Guys White Wax

I just recently tried the Chemical Guys White Wax, I purchased on AG for 69.99 plus 20% off and free shipping, so total came out to $56 and imho this wax isn't worth the time of day. Waste of $56 bucks. My wife's 2013 white pathfinder received some love this past weekend. Started out by...

Heavy Sap Removal - Experts get in here

If it's etched into the clear coat, try wet sanding like others said. Years ago, I had sap on my fathers car that after clay just wouldn't go away, grabbed a few alcohol swabs from my first aid kid and rubbed the bajesus out of it. Luckily it worked. Good luck!

Finally tried the Wolfgang fuzion yesterday

My buddy just got a new BMW M4, metallic black. I told him he needs to try the fuzion and we can make it look better than when he drove it off the showroom. I applied some Wolfgang paint cleaner to his car by machine and then we went ahead and applied the Fuzion by hand. What a great paste wax...

New product: Chemical Guys - White Wax - Maximize Your Color Potential With the Brightest Shade of White

Chemical Guys came out with a new product today called white. What do you guys think? It's kind of steep price wise, but my wife does want me to detail her car, and it's white. I'd love to try it, but really hesitant for the price. Bellow is a snipped from their website! Why Buy This Product...

The Lesson White Paint Teaches Us

What a great article. As an owner of two white cars that I love I must say, mike is 100% right. What I love about white is the crispness and freshness of the color, but most importantly, the cleanliness of white. Picture a white glove with a black tux. White is the color of clean, where black...

After Iron-X, do I need to apply gloss?

Thanks everyone! Great advise on here as usual. :)

After Iron-X, do I need to apply gloss?

Noticed a few spots of rail dust and it's bugging the crap out of me. Only one panel is affected.

After Iron-X, do I need to apply gloss?

Ok, so I know that Iron-X will remove some wax when applied and it makes sense why. But will it remove gloss? I use the Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0. Also, if it does strip the gloss, I assume it doesn't take it 100% off, can I go to a few squirts of Wolfgang Deep Gloss Spritz Sealant...
