For years I've been buying Mother's clay bar kits because I really liked the plush microfiber that came with them. I bought a kit last Saturday, & the microfiber is like the ones that come in the $10 bag at Home Depot. Guess they're cutting back. Disappointing.

Just curious, what about glazes other than #7? I've got Poorboy's Black Hole & White Diamond, & CG EZ Creme. Is it reasonable to expect similar results with other glazes?

Well, my 1st semi truck is in the books. Truck was repainted (single stage) back in 2010, & paint was faded & oxidized really bad. I decided to hit it with Menz FG400 & orange pads. The paint responded well to that combo. The hood & front fenders were easy. The roof of the cab was another story...
