I know it's extremely time consuming and you'll want mild temperatures to work within. Also, you'll want/need some time for the curing in the sun. Some installer shops will sell the pre cut patterns at a decent price as the majority of the retail cost is labor for the install.

It depends on the manufacturer warranty of the clear bra film installed. Some manufacturers will void a warranty if a sealant is used & causes yellowing of the film. In my experience I haven't witnessed this being the case at all & I have used numerous sealants on the clear bra material/film...
