Not an issue. Eraser is not that strong

New Car Coating (first time): CQuartz 3.0 or MOHS EVO - Overwhelmed with options!

Depends what you want. Perfect Finish has more cut than Reflect making it a better option for one steps. You don't need Essence and it is not required to use for a cquartz coating or any other coating. Essence has the same abrasives as Reflect but less of them. Meaning less cut than...

CarPro Essence Primer - Cure time and IPA wipe down

Purchased at Autoality. It seems good. Crazy dilution ratio.

    Rinseless Washes - 2022

Well ONR V5 fell short. It’s not game changing and whatever changes they made are negligible. Feels like the previous version.

    AutoFiber -Saver- Applicators

Yes. Ian has a patent pending on it. P&S and even Autogeek sell them as part of their kits but they are autofiber applicators. There are other brands that sell them with their coatings.

Anyone in So Cal interested as a product tester for a new coating

Video is up. I am telling you this was a wise choice for Brian to come up and get hands on with applying a professional grade coating. Applying a coating is not hard at all. I still have two more coatings with the 3 year and 8 year.

Anyone in So Cal interested as a product tester for a new coating

Thanks to Brian for taking the 1 hour drive to have a good time. Was a pleasure meeting you. Brian took advantage of having a DIY Detail coating applied to his car based on my last video. We did a quick one step with Dr. Beasley’s NSP 45 as he had done a correction not long ago. The one...

    Polishing PPF Film

PPF can be polished. It will remove any of the built in hydrophobic characteristics so you will need to put something on it if you want that. You may lose the self healing as well. Gyeon makes a dedicated PPF polish.

New Car Coating (first time): CQuartz 3.0 or MOHS EVO - Overwhelmed with options!

You won't like this but you will be fine with either coating. Both are great options. Both easy to work with. Mohs will be the slicker of the two if that is something you are looking for. On white you won't notice a distinct difference in terms of aestetics. And I answered your question in...

CQuartz UK 3.0 on new car - Need help with supply checklist!

You don't need a primer polish with any coating. A regular polish is just fine followed by a panel wipe.

I can't recall how many towels I used at the time. I used the coating over a year ago. Have a few on hand but 2-3 should be fine. The applicator is not washable but it has two sides. It is a coating saver type applicator. Note which side you used so you don't reuse it. You will need a...
