For those who suggested a BLUE bowtie, instead of black or gold

Leave it black and debadge the side and rear if you have not already done that. The blue looks a bit goofy.

    NEW 3D GLW series

I purchased some of the GLW series. The first one is on the interior detailer. Overall pretty nice. I mean its an interior detailer so nothing groundbreaking.

    Looking for Fabric/Upholestery protection

CarPro is good but it’s expensive and does work. 303 Fabric Guard is better for cost and also works. One thing about 303 is the fibers feel a tad stiffer.

Wolfgang Si02 rinseless wash leaves haze

Keep the pre-soak. I would rather have more lubrication and allow the prosciutto to encapsulate whatever is on the surface. I gave you the best method to make your pre-soak.

Wolfgang Si02 rinseless wash leaves haze

You most certainly can pre-soak a panel with it and wash it. People always have an issue when trying to make the pre-soak and the easiest solution to make it is to dunk your spray bottle or pump sprayer into the bucket of solution that has already been made. You may have to shrink your area...

New Matte Black Rims - Coat or Not

Coat them. It will only help with maintenance clean up. Can't help you with mohs on a matte surface as I have never used it on matte anything.

    Wheel Coatings

Don’t stress over it. It’s not a hard to use coating. Have multiple applicators available as the coating does cure hard rather.

    Dynabrade DB8 Geared Dual-Action Polisher

This tool will do just fine. P&S and the detail mafia have a cult following

    Wheel Coatings

Great product. Goes on thick. Better than DLUX and of course Gtechniq and Gyeon.

New to detailing, please answer my questions!

Mohs Evo hands down between all three. Another option is the DIY Detail 5 year ceramic. Super easy to use.

Jeep Bumper - Dye needed, or just a coating

Solution finish will not remove a coating from the trim. It will also appear blotchy when trying to restore ceramic coated trim with solution finish. Which is why I no longer use ceramic coatings on trim. Shine Supply as a trim paint that you may want to look into. Also the Mothers trim...

Jeep Bumper - Dye needed, or just a coating

This is why i moved away from coating trim. This is pretty typical of a ceramic trim coating as it starts to age. Once coated it is best to re-coat it once a year. What you could try is a magic eraser with some APC to see if that helps remove it. Solution Finish is not a dye. It won't...

Anyone hear a big proponent of waffle foam pads on a da polisher?

The DIY Detail waffle pad is a really nice pad. The pad washer technique is different but does work. Other manufacturers are doing the same thing now.

Hazing Clouding with Blackfire Pro Black Ediiton

You will definitely need more towels. After a few panels the first towel will load up and will eventually push product around. i would recommend a low nap towel (300 - 350 GSM) for the first wipe rather than a plush towel. The coating is not being completely removed from the surface.
