Meguiars Detailing Class meets Detail Fest 2009

Oooh, this will be close. Conflicts with the 12 Hours of Sebring race weekend, but I think it will be possible for me to blitz over to Stuart on Sunday AM. Put me down (Justin Howe).

Getting color back in faded Porsche Calipers

Hmm. An acquaintance just picked up a 2001 Boxster S for his wife and the calipers were a chalky, pinkish red. We simply cleaned them thoroughly and did several coats of tinted clearcoat. They look great so far, but it's only been a month. It was simply PPG Global clear with some red thrown...

How to keep swirls off of Porsche paint?

I've got a friend with an '03 Turbo X50 and the black paint also seems very easy to scratch. So it is not just you...

    Anyone use aquapel?

What is this "fog" or haze you guys talk about? I have used Rain-X for years on many different vehicles and never had a problem myself. I can't imagine ever driving without it in Florida downpours! If you guys are running the A/C, is it a meat locker in the car? Sounds like possibly your...
