    Hello expdetailing. The steering wheel was a synthetic vinyl, so I cleaned it with Megs APC. Took a lot of rubbing to get the gunk off. No dressing because I didn't want it to have a slippery feel. I find it funny how this "average" car owner could have cared less about the work and skill...
