Is 106ff adequate enough to remove medium swirling w/ flex3401?

The amount of correction that can be accomplished with a Flex + white + Nano is very dependant on how hard the clear coat is... on soft clear, it can do quite a bit, on some harder clears... no way. Flex+white+Nano would be a very safe starting point in my opinion... I don't know how hard...

I got my stuff/ couple questions

The 7424 comes with the 5" counter weight... some have reported experiencing less vibrations and more spinning (of the pad) after purchasing the 6" counterweight, others have reported no significant difference. It's absolutely ok to use the 6.5" pads with the 5" weight. Can you use the white...

I got my stuff/ couple questions

Yes, the 7424 can be considered "noisy" - as in hard to hear over when it's running. Yes, it will have some vibrations, especially on higher speeds but shouldn't be difficult to hold onto. Check and make sure that the pad is properly centered. Oh, and vibrations will be worse if you're...

    New vehicle in the works!

Prep... Menz Nano or PO85RD w/gray pad and Flex (just guessing since we don't really know the condition). LSP... Is so much a matter of personal taste and budget. Souveran paste looks great on black (yes, even black metalic - like my truck), but lacks longevity and isn't slick enough for me...

    DP Gel vs P21S Gel

If diluted (any suggestions for ratio?), can it be left on wheels while all wheels are being agitated and then rinsed off?

    Squarepants Cleaning....

For paint use the white Schmitt (or try the grout sponge version - haven't tried it myself yet)... For stubborn stains, go with a stronger cleaner - PB Bug Squash, Surf City Road Trip Grime Destroyer, etc.. or a paint cleaner like Klasse AIO. I wouldn't use an abrasive "wash media" especially...

    DP Gel vs P21S Gel

I've been using P21S for neglected wheels (my own wheels usually don't require anything more than regular shampoo as they're washed often), but have been wanting to find something more economical. DP sounds like it works well but... I notice in the description that it says to work on one...

    New vehicle in the works!

Congratulations on the new car!!! Black is the best and worst color there is ;) It shows dirt and swirls and dings quicker and more clearly than any other color but when it's clean.... :D If you enjoy detailing it's great, if, on the other hand, you don't enjoy the process, but just want a...

    Remove Spray Paint

I'd say throw whatever you can at it as a repaint is probably the only other choice... just start with the least agressive method. Try some agressive clay? Paint thinner? A heavy compound?

    Conflicting advice from Autogeek

Open the link to PO85RD and look at the picture of the bottle and you will see that it's label says "Micro Polish PO85RD" The chart doesn't list the name of PO85RD and I suspect that's why, it would be confusing.
