What to use on a plastic windshield?

I use Klasse AIO on my bike windshield. Does a good job of cleaning and sealing, making it easy to clean off bugs later.

    WeatherTech Liners and Mats

The floor liners are a great product. They fit nicely and provide unequaled protection especially during the winter months when snow, ice, salt and sand bombard the floors of all my rides. I have installed these in several vehicles, RAV4, TSX, 3 Series, couple of X3's and have never had a...

Need guidance for new BMW X3

My DD is a 2011 X3 in sapphire black and have had good luck with only SF4000 on a white or orange pad depending on what level of correction is needed. I would doubt, unless the dealer has really messed up the vehicle that you will need FG400. I also use WGDGS 3.0 topped with Liquid Souveran...

Blackfire Pad Cleaner, and Microfiber Cleaner Plastic Containers

Yep, had the same problem with the Blackfire product. Fortunately it was stored in a spill tray and I noticed the leak soon enough where not much product was lost before the remainder could be transferred to another container.

    Cold

Same project going on here in Minnesota. Had a wood stove in my last house and loved the heat from that thing but had to go with gas heat in my current garage. Getting to old and broken down to cut and haul wood.

    Liquid Souveran New formula?

I just picked up the 64 oz also. Picked up a sample earlier this summer and was impressed with how well this stuff works and how easy it is to apply had to get it. Every car I do for the next year will get a coat. Maybe 2.

You know you got the detail bug bad when...

I walk through the parking lot at work to see if anyone is getting it right. Usually find more of the opposite. Yesterday, two nice black cars with terrible rotary trails. Wonder how much they paid for that work?

    Patiently waiting

Be careful what you wish for. My wife has developed an appreciation for detailing and what a nicely maintained car should look like and now expects her car to be clean and polished before it leaves the garage every morning. At night when she returns from work I hear, "Got rained on today"...

    Rubber sealing around windows

Several good products out there for rubber seals. I've been using 1Z Einszett Rubber Care Stick (Gummi Pflege) and Ultima Tire & Trim Guard Plus with good results. Einszett Vinyl Rubber Care and Protectant also looks like a good product that may be worth a try.

    products for wheel well detailing

I've used Chemical Guys Bare Bones Undercarriage Spray. It does a nice job shining and darkening on smooth plastic but is not as noticeable on textured wheel well linings. Also used Megs rubber and vinyl protectant which produced similar results.

Black BMW 328i (with some overyspray at rear)

It never ceases to amaze me how people can trash a car like this one. Great job bringing it back to where it should be and hopefully they will be back soon for maintenance.
