Speed Master “The Notorious Dry” towel 1st impression…

I've worked with skilled tradesmen for many, many years. One common mantra is you need to have the right tools for the job. Detailing is something of a skilled trade, so it is completely justifiable to "need" the right tools for the job. And beyond convenience, it saves time. Which equals...

Speed Master “The Notorious Dry” towel 1st impression…

There's one tiny problem with that. Depending on the area of the country, bed bugs are a huge problem, and a stay at a cheap hotel is a good way to "acquire" them. A tent and a sleeping bag is a much better option ...

Speed Master “The Notorious Dry” towel 1st impression…

Thanks for the review. And ... My personal experience has been that my PFM's have lost a bit of their "thirstiness", but then I have always used (1) 20x28 + (1) 16x16 when drying either vehicle (CR-V or Impala). I get the bulk of drying done with the large towel and follow up with the...

Still polish before coating even on good panels

In order to ensure optimal bonding to the surface, always remove any sealant, wax, polish residue(s), etc., before coating anything. If you have a sealant on the surface you will have to polish to remove that, so you might as well go ahead and correct the finish anyways before coating. You can...
