    Positive Meguiars Experience

According to some people, the durability of Meguiar's LSP's (except #16) is its Achilles Heel. The waxes and sealants look good though. Other products are of good to great quality. The products are generally cheap too (Except in the Philippines. :D)

    SEMA 2011 - New Products!

California Gold, Synwax and Reflections are not among the best in the very wide range of LSP's in the market but they are pretty good looking for OTC's. I wonder how Mother's Synthetic Wax would fair as an OTC product.

Homebrew: Do You Mix Two Or More Products?

I knew that only few mix products. Sticking to the established techniques and products and using products for their intended use will already yield to great results in detailing. However, this is not a poll on whether or not it is ok to mix products. It is obvious that the consensus will...

Homebrew: Do You Mix Two Or More Products?

Mixing OCW in the rinseless wash solution is kinda odd. It may not affect ONR's cleaning ability; it might even add slickness but I do not think a highly diluted OCW will considerably increase the gloss. On the other hand, adding OCW to an ONR-QD mixture does not sound that off. Some people use...

Homebrew: Do You Mix Two Or More Products?

I remember reading some threads and posts where mixing products was suggested or shared. Richy's 601/105 and 601/105 mixture, and mixing OCW to ONR are the only things that I remember. Please share some mixtures that you did (ratio, method, shelf life), and what worked and what did not. I know...

    Wash Mitt for ONR

I use a double sided MF dreadlocks mitt. One side for the first pass that will pick up the dirt, grime, etc and the other side to finish cleaning it. Both will little to no pressure. If I am just using a mitt with only one side, I clean every panel twice. First is one pass to pick up the dirt...

    Mobile wash and wax business.

It makes sense. Having regular clients will be the key. Washing and waxing at least 20 cars in 4 days per week is low but profitable enough. If you have the right market, getting 20 persons who is willing to pay $50 a week for a wash and wax can be achieved. The thing in the service industry is...

The UPS guy is going to hate me.

As suggested by others, either help him or give him an unforgettable tip. With a good rep with them, there is a good chance that your package will being handled with care every time you have one coming and/or they will see to it that you get your box on time or early in the day.

    Opinions on Duragloss 111?

From a guy that loves the Duragloss line, that tells a lot. I like DG105 also but haven't tried DG111. In fairness to DG111, I read some people loving its look. At the end of the end, it's subjective and the only way to know is to try it.:D If you do not have a lot of sealants, you should buy...
