My Method to Wash My Jeep

I find using a foam lance really helps with water spotting, the foam dries out much slower than soapy water. Boars hair brush on a long pole. And a work platform is much much better than a ladder. Seriously get a werner work platform. Rinse the whole vehicle often so as to keep it from drying...

My Method to Wash My Jeep

Its quite possible to do a decent wash in the sun. Washing in the sun is not a problem once you learn how to do it, just like anything you have to have the right tools, products, knowledge, and technique. Have your tools lined up and work methodically. I've seen many pictures of Mike Phillips...

I read before the ripple look is from the injection molding process, but I still don't know why injection molding causes it. How long will solution finish last? Will multiple applications yield better results?

Blackfire AIO tire & trim protectant.

I would think after multiple uses on same tire you'd see dirt building up. I can't see how it can clean and leave a dirt free finish in only one step. Dirt would just be diluted right?

    Need answer FAST !!!

Or you can try sun friendly products. Everything poorboys is sun friendly. I use menz in the sun and it works great. Claying in the sun is not a problem as long as you cool each panel before you clay. Once you get a hang of working in the sun you actually start to like it lol

Quick Wash with HydroFoam by CarPro

I am curious why this is mainly recommended for coated or waxed cars? I've been using hydro2 for a basic wax and am very happy with results and durability. My wife's car was not even clayed and I got 2 months durability. Hydro2 has saved me a lot of time, towels, and elbow grease. If hydrofoam...

    Road Salt Ground into Carpet

Thank you. You're exactly right with "I felt if it came back I didn't completely dissolve it, or I didn't completely remove" When you're doing it as a business you have to make sure it's completely taken care of the first time, you can't make money waiting for it to dry completely to see if you...

    Road Salt Ground into Carpet

Also, there are way more compounds used for salt removal than just rock salt. These are not all used in every area or on roads, but you never know what is brought into a car from parking lots or the vehicle owners property. This is a list of different ice melts. Sodium chloride#(common table...

    Road Salt Ground into Carpet

You need to use more than just water. Water will dissolve it, but what will happen when the water dries? You need an acid or you will have reoccurring salt stains. It will be like when you get toothpaste on your shirt, you can get it wet and it looks like it is gone, (its dissolved) until it...

    Road Salt Ground into Carpet

Try treating with an acid like vinegar, or lemon juice. Letting that soak in and agitate. Rinse with clear water. Salt away is a product for salt stains. Hard to find though
