I like the hybrid pads for my flex. I have tried many others and will say these are the easiest to use.

The Hybrid pads are great. Black for wax. They also have a 4.25' backing plate. That is also good to have with the flex as well. Some bonnets are also an option. I purchases a few to remove the wax but have not used them. I love my FLEX 3401.

Love it!!

I have 400 and then follow with 4500. There is nothing better to finish with than that 4500 and a white pad. If I can I will use 2500 as an all in one. I haven't tried 4000 yet.
