    New Choices for Dodo

Will AG ever carry Rubbish Boy's "original edition" in a regular size container? Or how about AG selling a sample size of the "Original Edition" without having to buy a sampler pack. Thanks.

03 Black Z06 Severe Acid Rain/Water Spot Etching

Looks great. Question. Have you tried topping Blackfire sealant with their carnauba paste. If so, is it worth buying? Thanks

Showroom Shined- 100,000 mile Toyota Tundra Detail

LOL Trade it in?? A dealer wouldn't care if it's the best looking/maintained truck ever. They'll likely give him average-rough blackbook, then de-value it again because of mileage. I know it's not in rough condition, but this is how some dealers work. They try and steal vehicles if they can...

    Flex XC 3401 Question

I used the 3-n-1 oil, but have since switched to air tool lube.

    Supernatural thoughts?

Yes, this is good option. Especially, if you have a bunch of unused wax already. :D

    Supernatural thoughts?

I read elsewhere that RBOE can be a real pain to apply. Is this the case, or just depends on the user? Is there much difference in the OE, and the Juiced edition? I see AG sells the Juiced.

    Supernatural thoughts?

Thanks for the help. Do I need the Concorso pre-cleaner, or will any pre-cleaner work, and QD work well? Also, can you use a glaze under this wax. I normally like a glaze look and then the LSP, or will this not look very good?

    Supernatural thoughts?

If I have P21s 100%, Souveran, Fuzion, and the Wolfgang line, is it worth it in your opinion to buy Supernatural. I've read that some people like it , and some people say buy Rubbish Boy's original edition instead? I'm wanting to try a new wax, but don't know if I should go with Supernatural...

1st post, Question about Wolfgang glaze and pre polish

Thanks for the answer. I guess I'll have to buy some one day. I purchased the Flex/Wolfgang kit and it didn't come with it. Oh well. LOL

1st post, Question about Wolfgang glaze and pre polish

Which in the Wolfgang line would work well as a paint cleaner? The swirl remover, or the glaze/polish? My paint's in great shape already, I just want to clean the paint and start fresh.

Just Got Flex, have they fixed the backing plate issues?

I've seen the felt ring removed, but I didn't removed mine to oil it. After thinking more about the air tool lube, I went ahead and put some on my flex, over the 3-n-1 oil. I bought the lube at Lowes. You can buy the air tool oil cheaper at Walmart for $2.00, it's made by Campbell Hausfeld...

    QD recommendation

Yeah, I use them on TV stands, computer desk, my home theater systems (receiver & speakers) . Most anything that collects dust. :D I haven't use it on leather furniture though. I'm sure it would do well, but I would rather use leather products.

Just Got Flex, have they fixed the backing plate issues?

I wouldn't put it in motor oil. That's just me. Whatever works for you.. If you didn't want to buy the garage door lube, it was also said, that "air tool oil" will also work. I believe this came from "powerhouse" the company that services the flex in the US. Fwiw. This company also sells...

    QD recommendation

These QD's also work well on furniture and TV's.

Just Got Flex, have they fixed the backing plate issues?

This is what a flex rep told this person. WD-40 doesn't work like this stuff I wouldn't imagine. Supposedly this stuff dries to a gel and sticks to the felt, or whatever else for a long time. Again according to this poster. I guess if anyone has questions about it, they could always call Flex...

    QD recommendation

I use 425, OID, FC&S, Quik Shine, Z-6. OID is a great value. 32 oz makes a gallon.

Just Got Flex, have they fixed the backing plate issues?

Fwiw. Several months ago a guy on Autopia, spoke with someone at Flex. A rep told him to lube the felt ring with garage door spray lube. I receive my Flex a few weeks back, and oiled the felt ring just in case. Also, it was said don't over tighten the bolt on the Flex.

    Hard Wax for Black Car

I have both, and for the looks I happen to like Souveran better on my black car. imo it's a deeper and wetter look. If you're looking for durability and something that doesn't attract pollen go for the Fuzion. If you don't care about durability and have a good anti-static QD, go with Souveran...

    what is the best wax

I've clean and prepped the hood of my SUV, and added Wolfgang 3.0 on one side, and Z-2 (by itself) on the other. Wolfgang is the slickest, but will it last as long? I guess we'll see. That is, unless I get bored and decide to try another product. :D
