    Need Vs. Want (Newbie Question)

I like the idea of doing more with less. I was thinking a similar thing to what was already typed. If one is concerned with maybe having a dirty wash mitt.....then you could hose it off and ring it out after each panel before putting it back into the bucket of car wash soap.

    Need Vs. Want (Newbie Question)

Water is not an issue here. We are on a well. I was wondering about that too about just spraying off the wash mitt. Then there is no need for a second bucket. I like the idea of the foam gun that hooks to a water hose. The foam cannon seems a bit overkill and very expensive after you add the...

    Most regretted detailing product purchase

I do not want to sound ungrateful here. Family members know that I like to wash cars as a hobby. A family member shops at a wholesale club. They saw and bought into a gimmick product and demo. Then gave me the kit as a gift a few years back. The though and gift was great, the products were...

Carpet duty you type? I have noticed that you can get brush attachments for a DA polisher. I am really starting to see why the $120 Mothers kit can be limiting. I think that I will enjoy a DA polisher once I get one. I am excited about the idea.

Help & Advice Wanted For My First DA Polishing System

I was wondering about the Harbor Fright machine as well. I have looked at videos about the machine on FaceTube, YouBook, and YouTwitFace. It seems that people like to mod it by cleaning out the cheap grease and repacking the ring and pinion with better grease. Some also like to relocate the...
