There you have it. I agree with Setec, you have a lot of threads about pricing and stuff. Figure out how much product you are using and have fun. Dont over think it.

Optimum Hyper Polish

Renny Doyle still uses a Flex I believe. Detail Boss in Arizona does high end work and uses a 3401. Mike P does high end work and uses 3401. But majority by far is large throw.

I probably will give it a try when I get the time. Working long hours gives limited time for fun stuff. I thought about selling it but I already have 5 Rupes tools and they all run great. I randomly try the flex with different pads but always come back to the Rupes. So I will hang onto it for now.

The reason I would try it is I dont care for the 3401. I prefer the Rupes. So my 3401 just sits around. Might as well get some use out of it, right? Do some finish polishing, AIO polishing, who knows? I will wait to see if I hear any bad reports about it. I might try it, might not.

I saw this the other day. I might give it a shot with mine. He said on Facebook it is a little smoother then the PC style orbitals. I dont really care for the forced rotation, so I dont have much to lose. I was surprised its that easy.

Im not Chad but I would recomend a wax and grease remover. Prep All is a good one. Spray on, let dwell for approximately 15 seconds, wipe off. I would repeat that a couple times on the same spot. That should get you bare paint.

Dylan hit the nail on the head. I already posted about keeping the undercarriage rinsed off. Better yet is two have two vehicles. One good one that gets parked in the winter. And a cheap beater that you can run whenever and you dont have to worry to much about

My biggest tip for winter car care is rinse the undercarriage as much as possible. The amount of rust in the North East is ridiculous. And some states are putting nasty solutions on the road before it snows. Rust is a nasty hard to fight battle. As far as paint, wash, clay, polish and seal...
